By car
On the A71 towards Montluçon, Moulins and Clermont-Ferrand you take exit 8 (St. Amand-Montrond). After the toll station, take the first exit to Orval at the roundabout. This is the 'route de Lignières'. Drive this road all the way to the roundabout. There you take the first exit onto the D951 towards Culan.
Arriving in Fosse Nouvelle you go straight on at the roundabout, the road becomes D997. Follow this road all the way to Culan. At the traffic light, turn right and turn left after 450 meters to continue on the D997 towards Sidiailles/St.Saturnin/Préveranges/Boussac. Follow this road until you reach Préveranges. The Place de la République is on the right after the church. Our chambres d'hôtes is in the left corner of the square.
There is ample parking space on the square.
By train
There is a train running between Paris to St. Amand-Montrond. To catch this train, you have to leave at 'Gare d'Austerlitz' in Paris (20 minutes by metro from 'Gare du Nord') and at Bourges you have to change trains. The journey from Paris takes about 3,5 hours. We can pick you up from St. Amand-Montrond station.
By plane
Clermont-Ferrand airport is about 148 kms from Préveranges. There is a direct flight from London to Clermont-Ferrand carried out by Ryanair; other airlines have a stopover in Paris.
